Typically 6–12 months, cohort or individual

For organisations that want their leaders to perform differently — not just more. I work with leadership teams on the patterns that limit decision-making, communication, and culture-building. This is not skills training. It is the deeper work that makes skills training stick.

Team Transformation

3–6 month engagement

For teams where the dysfunction is persistent — where the usual team-building and conflict resolution approaches have not lasted. I identify the systemic patterns driving the team dynamic and work with the team to shift them at source.

Executive Coaching

6–12 month retainer

One-on-one work for senior leaders and executives. Focused on the patterns — behavioural, relational, and decision-making — that are limiting their effectiveness and wellbeing. I work at the depth most executive coaches cannot or will not go.

Workshops & Immersives

1–3 days

Intensive 1–3 day programmes for leadership teams, HR functions, or full organisations. Built around Emotional Intelligence, Shadow Work, and pattern recognition. Can be delivered standalone or as part of a longer engagement.
